edward ware homes - because boxes are for shoes

Welcome

Edward Ware Homes has been developing brownfield sites since 1996 and has quickly gained a reputation for architectural excellence as their striking apartments and townhouses have helped shape the new urban landscape of Bristol city centre.  Since then their work has panned a breadth of architectural styles – from contemporary landmark buildings to delightful cottages and mews homes that reflect local building traditions.  Edward Ware Homes’ work is characterised by uncompromising attention to detail – to the interior and exterior of each building and to the layout, orientation and character of every site they build.

Our Vision

Edward Ware Homes specialise in residential development.  Their aim is to make places – rather than housing developments.  Refusing to build standard housing “boxes”, they seek to create places where people can enjoy a high quality of life and a sense of belonging.

Today stand many award winning developments in Bristol and the South West.  These include the “Panoramic”, “Rodney Lodge” and “Parklands” in Bristol and “Weavers Row” in Wotton-under-Edge, plus many more.

As concerns for the environment grow, Edward Ware Homes is committed to building with natural and sustainable materials, locally sourced wherever possible.  This, together with a degree of craftsmanship and an enviable specification means that Edward Ware Homes are not only luxurious but they are built to last.
